With the Hatz Digital Service Portal – DSP for short – we offer registered users an online hub where all important service information is bundled. The DSP also provides access to our Hatz Academy. Maintenance and repair tutorials and videos are stored there. These simplify the maintenance of Hatz engines.
The Hatz DSP is the central platform for all service-relevant processes. Support, training and e-training, engine registration and information is all bundled together in one portal. Customers can register free of charge and have all important information about the operation and maintenance of Hatz engines at a glance.
This includes information on the engines registered in the DSP, the warranty period, maintenance intervals and schedules, repair instructions and data sheets, Academy repair tutorials and additional resources relating to HDS² (e.g. installation instructions).
