to purchase the license to use the diagnostic software, you must first register using the form data below.
You will then receive an email from us containing the information and measures required to install the software and activate your usage rights.
The following LICENSE TERMS apply:
- The contract period begins with the license activation. There are no license fees for the first contract year. For the other contract years, the license fees of the following year are invoiced 4 weeks before the end of the contract year, which must be paid within 2 weeks. If the license fees are not paid in time, access will be blocked until further notice. The amount of the license fees and the contract term will be communicated to you in the activation email mentioned above and can also be communicated on request by phone (Tel.:+498531-319-1455).
- It can be canceled for the first time at the end of this contract term. If there is no written notice of termination, the contract term is extended by another year. The notice period is 3 months at the end of the respective contract term. The notice of termination must be sent to Motorenfabrik Hatz GmbH & Co. KG, Ernst-Hatz-Straße 16, 94099 Ruhstorf.
- We assume no liability for malfunctions, disruptions in the accessibility of the servers for the retrieval of the data, unless they are based on willful or grossly negligent behavior, especially if the cause of the malfunctions is not within our sphere of influence. This includes Malfunctions of the data lines to the data server as well as power and server failures. The liability is usually limited to the amount of an annual license fee. The user reserves the right to prove higher damage.
- In addition, the conditions of the End User License Agreement (EULA) apply, which are also part of the activation email mentioned above and which have to be expressly agreed to before installing the software.
Please note that activation can take up to 24 hours within one working day.
